Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, provided you submit a video recording of the unpacking process.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item, a new order must be placed upon the pickup of the returned item.
- Limited Stock Availability: Due to limited stock, items may become unavailable. In such cases, our team will contact you directly to discuss your options.
What Can Be Returned:
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that was not ordered, it is eligible for a return.
- Damaged Products: We accept returns for damaged products upon receipt. We will provide the replacement for the damaged product within 7 days. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.
- Change of Mind: If you decide the item does not fit your décor but it remains in perfect condition, we offer a partial refund of 80% of the original price, minus a processing fee.
Refunds in Store Credit:
- All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit within 24-48 hrs, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
- No cash or bank refunds will be provided.
Handcrafted Authenticity
Each of our products is meticulously handcrafted, making every piece unique. Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are a testament to authenticity and craftsmanship, not defects. These distinctions add character to your purchase, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike.
Processing Fees for Change of Mind Cancellation & Returns:
- Orders up to Rs. 999: Processing Fee of Rs. 200
- Orders from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,999: Processing Fee of Rs. 400
- Orders from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 4,999: Processing Fee of Rs. 700
- Orders Rs. 5,000 and above: Processing Fee of 20% of the order value
Final Decisions:
The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and exchanges.
Exclusions:
Products purchased from our brand via other marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or showrooms are not eligible for any return or exchange through our store or website.
